CHAPTER 1 - Denial, Anger, Initiative | Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep | Scene 1

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is a standalone expansion that transforms the chaotic Borderlands universe into a tabletop role-playing game. Orchestrated by the eccentric Tiny Tina, the campaign serves as a humorous yet poignant exploration of grief. Chapter 1, "Denial, Anger, Initiative," anchors this journey by mirroring the stages of mourning. The chapter begins in the Forest of Tranquility, which Tina rapidly twists into a dangerous landscape. As players hunt for the captured Queen, they encounter absurd tasks and new foes like the resilient Immortal Skeletaurs, requiring players to physically disarm them to prevent resurrection. The emotional core emerges when the player encounters the "White Knight," revealed to be Roland—Tina’s deceased mentor. This resurrection highlights Tina's denial, creating a heartbreaking yet heroic reunion. The chapter culminates in a battle against the Skeleton Kings, proving that beneath the fantasy parody, the game remains a deeply personal story of loss.
