CHAPTER 1 - Denial, Anger, Initiative | Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep | Scene 2

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is a standalone expansion of Borderlands 2 that reimagines the series as a tabletop RPG called Bunkers and Badasses. Guided by Tiny Tina, players navigate a fantasy world shaped by her unpredictable imagination to process her grief over Roland’s death. The first chapter, Denial, Anger, Initiative, perfectly mirrors this emotional journey. Initially, Tina crafts a peaceful forest, only to violently reshape it to reflect her inner turmoil. She resurrects the deceased Roland as an idealized "White Knight," a manifestation of her denial. Gameplay remains high-octane, introducing formidable enemies like Immortal Skeletaurs and the challenging Ghost Kings. By blending absurd, humor-filled combat with the poignant sight of a character fighting alongside a ghost, the chapter establishes the game’s core identity: a chaotic looter-shooter that serves as a profound, heartfelt exploration of trauma disguised as a whimsical fantasy adventure.
