Ell in Shining Armor | Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep | Scene 2

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is a whimsical, standalone expansion set within the Borderlands universe. Framed as a tabletop game of Bunkers and Badasses run by Tiny Tina, it blends traditional first-person shooter mechanics with fantasy tropes and unpredictable narrative shifts. Within this chaotic world, the optional mission "Ell in Shining Armor" highlights the game’s signature humor. Ellie, looking to upgrade her gear, tasks the player with finding protective yet stylish armor. The quest leads to Old Glenn’s Cottage, where players battle treants while searching for a suit. A highlight is the choice between a practical, bulky set of armor and an impractical metal bikini. This choice cleverly parodies common fantasy tropes that prioritize aesthetics over function. By balancing strategic combat against forest creatures with lighthearted storytelling, this mission perfectly encapsulates the charm and self-aware comedy that makes the entire experience so memorable for players.
