Fake Geek Guy | Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep | Scene 4

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is a whimsical standalone adventure set within the Borderlands universe, where players navigate a tabletop game of Bunkers and Badasses. Within this chaotic world, the optional mission "Fake Geek Guy" highlights the game’s satirical humor. Requested by the boisterous Mr. Torgue, the quest challenges him to prove his knowledge of geek culture to gain acceptance. Players travel through the Flamerock Refuge, engaging in combat and puzzle-solving to retrieve three scrolls containing trivia. These tasks—ranging from battling skeletons on a spire to chasing a nimble thief—culminate in Torgue answering questions about iconic franchises like Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Doctor Who. Through Torgue’s exaggerated desperation for validation, the mission cleverly explores themes of authenticity and inclusivity. Ultimately, the quest celebrates genuine fandom, reinforcing that passion for geek culture is welcome, regardless of how one expresses it.
