Crazy Dave and his time machine van take you on adventures through history, with each place – like Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, or the Wild West – having its own unique plants, zombies, and wacky challenges. Ancient Egypt - Day 2 in *Plants vs. Zombies 2* is a super fun intro to what power-ups can do. It's the second level in the first world, Ancient Egypt. Right away, Crazy Dave and Penny, his time-traveling van, have a funny chat about being rich, which sets up a special treat: unlimited free power-ups! The level is pretty easy, perfect for learning the ropes. You fight basic Mummy Zombies and Flag Zombies, but the real stars are the three power-ups you get for free: Power Snow to freeze zombies, Power Toss to throw them away, and Power Zap to zap them. You can use these as much as you want without using up your own earned power-ups, so go wild and see what they do! It's cool because the level has changed a bit over time. Originally, it showed you how Plant Food worked with specific plants. Now, you get to pick your own plants, like Sunflowers for more sun, Peashooters for attacking, and Wall-nuts for defense, before you start. When you beat it the first time, you get a cool new plant, the Bloomerang, which throws a boomerang that hits zombies twice! Plus, there are extra challenges to earn stars, like not using sun for a while or not losing any lawnmowers, making it fun to play again and again.
